簡介 Intro
瑞典籍的聖女畢哲（St. Bridget），一直渴望知道，主耶穌在苦難中，為我們承受了多少創傷。有一天，在羅馬聖保祿大殿內，耶穌在十字架上顯現給她說：
「我的身體受到5480個傷害，如果你想為它們作補贖，妳就在一年裡，每天誦念十五篇天主經、十五篇聖母經、及十五篇祈禱文。當一年屆滿，妳就彌補了我的每個傷痛。」
隨後，耶穌親口教導聖女這十五篇祈禱文。 一八六二年五月三十一日，教宗庇護九世，正式批准這些經文。同時表示，它們對人靈確有幫助。雖然這些經文應每天誦念，但如有重大原因而缺念一天時，也不會失去特恩，但必須在一年內，念足5480首經文。		 These are the 15 prayers Jesus gave to Saint Bridget of Sweden in the Church of St. Paul in Rome. These prayers are approved by Pope Pius IX. St. Bridget is known for the revelations she received on the wounds and passion of Jesus, known as the 15 Prayers of St. Bridget. She died July 23, 1373 and was canonized on October 7, 1391. Saint Bridget prayed for a long time to know how many blows Our Lord suffered during His terrible Passion. Rewarding her patience, one day He appeared to her and said:

“I received 5480 blows upon My Body. If you wish to honor each of them in some way pray the following prayers each day for a whole year. When the year is over, you will have honored each one of My Wounds.”
主耶穌對這些人做出了以下二十一個許諾： Promises of St. Bridget Prayers When someone says these prayers for a year’s time, these are the promises promised by Our Lord:
  1. 我將解救15個與他有血統關係的煉獄靈魂。
  2. 我的聖寵，將常存在15個與他有血統關係的現世靈魂。
  3. 我將使15個與他有血統關係的罪人悔改。
  4. 我將使他本人，獲得一級聖德。

  1. “I will deliver fifteen souls of his lineage from Purgatory.”
  2. “Fifteen souls of his lineage will be confirmed and preserved in grace.”
  3. “Fifteen sinners of his lineage will be converted.”
  4. “Whoever recites these prayers will obtain the first degree of perfection.”
  5. “Fifteen days before his death, I will give him My Precious Blood to drink lest he thirst eternally. “
  6. “Fifteen days before his death he will conceive a deep contrition for all his sins and a perfect knowledge of them.”
  7. “I will place before him My Victorious Cross for his help and defense against the attacks of his enemies.”
  8. “Before his death I will come with My Dearest and Beloved Mother.”
  9. “I will graciously receive his soul, and will lead it into Eternal Joys.”
  10. “And having led it there, I will give him a special draught from the fountain of my deity, something I will not do for those who have not recited My Prayers.”
  11. “Let it be known that whoever may have been living in a state of mortal sin for thirty years, but who will recite devoutly, or have the intention to recite these prayers, I, the Lord will forgive him all of his sins.”
  12. “I will defend him against evil temptations.”
  13. “I will preserve and guard his five senses.”
  14. “I will preserve him from a sudden death.”
  15. “His soul will be delivered from eternal death.”
  16. “He will obtain all he asks for from God and the Blessed Virgin.”
  17. “If he has lived all his life doing his own will, and he is to die the next day, his life will be prolonged.”
  18. “Every time one recites these prayers he will gain a hundred days indulgences.”
  19. “He will be assured of being joined to the Supreme Choir of Angels.”
  20. “Whoever teaches these prayers to another will have continual joy and merit which will last throughout eternity.”
  21. “There, where these prayers are being said or may be said in the future, God will be present there by His Grace.”
天主經 Our Father
我們的天父！願你的名受顯揚，願你的國來臨，
願你的旨意奉行在人間，如同在天上！
求你今天賞給我們日用的食糧；
求你寬恕我們的罪過，如同我們寬恕別人一樣；
不要讓我們陷於誘惑，但救我們免於凶惡。		 Our Father, Who art in heaven, hallowed be thy Name. Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. Amen.

祈禱文一（天主經，聖母經各一遍） 1st Prayer (One “Our father”, One “Hail Mary”)
主耶穌基督！你的慈愛永遠常存。愛慕你，便是我們的喜樂和慰藉。你是我們罪人的救主和希望。你為順從天父的旨意，又為了愛我們，甘願降生成人。從在聖母胎中，到最後的受難死亡，一直為我們忍受著無限的痛苦。
噢，我的主： 我們紀念你；你在最後晚餐中，為你的門徒洗腳，並將你的聖體聖血賜給他們。就在你安慰他們的同時，你預言了你將受的苦難。

Eternal sweetness to those who love Thee, joy surpassing all joy and all desire, salvation and hope of all sinners; Thou Who hast proved that Thou hast no greater desire than to be amongst men even assuming human nature during the course of time for the love of men, recall all the sufferings that Thou hast endured from the first moment of Thy Conception, and especially during Thy Passion, as it was decreed and ordained from all eternity in Thy Divine Plan.
Remember, O Lord, that during the Last Supper with Thy Disciples, having washed their feet, Thou gavest them Thy Precious Body and Blood, and while at the same time Thou didst sweetly console them, Thou didst foretell them of Thy coming Passion.
Remember the sadness and bitterness which Thou didst experience in Thy Soul as Thou prayed: “My Soul is sorrowful even unto death.”
Remember all the fear, anguish and pain that Thou didst suffer in Thy delicate Body before the Crucifixion, when after having prayed three separate times, bathed in a ‘sweat of blood,’ Thou wast betrayed by Judas, Thy Disciple, arrested by the people of a nation Thou hadst chosen and elevated, accused by false witnesses, unjustly judged by three judges, all this in the flower of Thy youth and during the Solemn Paschal Season.
Remember that Thou wast despoiled of Thy garments and clothed with the garments of derision; that Thy face and eyes were veiled, that Thou wast buffeted, crowned with thorns, a scepter placed in Thy hands, that Thou wast fastened to a column and crushed with blows and overwhelmed with affronts and outrages.
In memory of all these pains and sufferings which Thou didst endure before Thy Passion on the Cross, grant that before I die, I may with true contrition make a sincere and entire Confession, make worthy satisfaction and be granted the remission of all my sins. Amen.

主耶穌！自由和喜樂的根源；
我們紀念你；你的仇敵如狂怒的獅子，包圍著你；在他們肆意的侮辱、唾沫、拳打、鞭韃及一些聞所未聞殘酷折磨下，你飽受著恐懼和悲痛。
主，我的救主，因著你所受的種種侮辱和折磨，懇求你，把我從所有、有形無形的仇敵手中，拯救出來。在你的庇蔭下，帶領著我，邁向完美及永恆的救恩中。阿們。		 O Jesus! True liberty of Angels, paradise of delights, remember the horror and sadness which Thou didst endure when Thy enemies, like furious lions, surrounded Thee, and by thousands of blows, insults, lacerations, and other unheard of cruelties, tormented Thee at will.
Through these torments and insulting words, I beg of Thee, O My Saviour to deliver me from all enemies, both visible and invisible, that under Thy protection, I may attain the perfection of Eternal Salvation. Amen.

主耶穌！天地萬物的創造者，你是萬物的根源；無所不在的天主，一切萬物都在你愛的掌管下。
我們紀念你；你被猶太人，釘在十字架上時，他們毫不憐惜、用又大又鈍的釘子，猛擊你神聖的手腳。你雖受苦至痛，卻未能滿足他們的獸性。因此，他們擴大你的傷口，增加你的痛苦；他們慘無人道、胡亂的扭動你的身軀，以致四肢、關節都被他們拉脫了。
主耶穌，因著你在十字架上所受的苦痛，懇求你，賜給我敬畏你、愛慕你的恩寵。阿們。		 O Jesus! Creator of heaven and earth, Whom nothing can encompass nor limit, Thou Who dost enfold and hold all under Thy loving power, remember the very bitter pain which Thou didst suffer when blow by blow and with hatred the Jews nailed Thy Sacred Hands and Feet to the Cross, with big blunt nails; and, not finding Thee in a pitiable enough state to satisfy their rage, they enlarged Thy wounds, and added pain to pain, and with indescribable cruelty stretched Thy Body on the Cross, and dislocated Thy Bones by pulling them on all sides.
I beg of Thee, O Jesus, by the memory of this most Holy and most loving suffering of the Cross, to grant me the grace to fear Thee and Love Thee. Amen.

主耶穌！天上全能的醫治者，藉著你在十字架上，被天父高舉而治好了我們的創傷；
我們紀念你；你所受的傷痛，已超越了人所能忍受的程度。你的聖軀被鞭打的體無完膚；而你在極度傷痛之下，還不斷的為仇敵，向天父請求說：「父啊！寬恕他們吧！因為他們不知道他們做了什麼。」
藉著你偉大的慈愛和受到至悲慘的苦難，賜給我一顆真誠懺悔的心，以獲得一切罪過的赦免。阿們。		 O Jesus! Heavenly Physician raised aloft on the Cross in order that through Thy Wounds, ours might be healed; remember the bruises which Thou didst suffer and the weakness of all Thy Members which were stretched to such a degree that never was there pain like unto Thine, from the Crown of Thy Head to the Soles of Thy Feet there was not one spot of Thy Body that was not in torment; and yet, forgetting all Thy Sufferings, Thou didst not cease to pray to Thy Heavenly Father for Thy enemies, saying: “Father, forgive them, for they know not what they do.”
Through this great mercy, and in memory of this suffering, grant that the remembrance of Thy Most Bitter Passion may effect in us a perfect contrition and the remission of all our sins. Amen.

主耶穌！永恆光輝的明鏡；我們紀念你；你在聖神的光照下，世人藉著你的受難、聖死而獲得救恩。
但是，你仍然憂愁和悲痛，因為你看見了，那些墮落的人，將因自己所犯的罪而受到譴責：你也看見了，那些曾被你嚴厲斥責，卻仍令你失望的可憐罪人。

Mirror of Eternal Splendor, remember the sadness which Thou experienced, when, contemplating in the light of Thy Divinity the predestination of those who would be saved by the merits of Thy Sacred Passion, Thou didst see at the same time the great multitude of reprobates who would be damned for their sins, and Thou didst complain bitterly of those hopeless, lost and unfortunate sinners.
Through this abyss of compassion and pity, and especially through the goodness which Thou displayed to the good thief when Thou saidst to him: “This day thou shalt be with me in paradise.” I beg of Thee, O Sweet Jesus, that at the hour of my death Thou wilt show me mercy. Amen.

主耶穌！令人深愛、令人渴望的君王；
我們紀念你；你赤裸裸、像囚犯般、被高高的釘在十字架上時，所有的親友，都遺棄了你。只有你至愛的母親、瑪麗亞，緊緊的伴隨著你。你在精神和肉體上，感到極端痛苦之際，將你母親交托給你的門徒若望，說：「女人，看，你的兒子。」然後又對門徒若望說：「看，你的母親。」

King most loving and most desirable, remember the grief which Thou didst suffer, when naked and like a common criminal, Thou wast raised and fastened to the Cross, when all Thy relatives and friends abandoned Thee, except Thy Beloved Mother who remained close to Thee during Thy Agony and whom Thou didst entrust to Thy faithful disciple when Thou saidst to Mary: “Woman, behold thy son,” and to John:”Behold Thy Mother.”
I beg of Thee, O my Saviour, by the sword of sorrow which pierced the soul of Thy Holy Mother, to have compassion on me in all my afflictions and tribulations, both corporal and spiritual, and to assist me in all my trials and especially at the hour of my death. Amen.

主耶穌！心靈的甘貽和喜樂！

Inexhaustible Fountain of Compassion Who by a profound gesture of love, said from the Cross: “I thirst!” Suffered from the thirst for the salvation of the human race, I beg of Thee, O my Saviour, to inflame in our hearts the desire to tend toward perfection in all of our acts; and to extinguish in us the lust of the flesh and the ardor of worldly desires. Amen.

主耶穌！天地的君王，喜樂美善之源！
你為了愛我們，在十字架上，嚐透了苦醋。使我們在現世，能藉著你的聖體和聖血，分享你的恩寵。臨終時，也將藉著你的聖體和聖血，做為我們靈魂的補贖和慰藉。阿們。		 O Jesus! Sweetness of hearts, delight of the spirit, by the bitterness of the gall and the vinegar which Thou didst taste on the Cross for love of us, grant us the grace to receive worthily Thy Precious Body and Blood during our life and at the hour of our death, that it may serve us as a remedy of consolation for our souls. Amen.

我們紀念你；在你面對死亡時，不但被猶太人侮辱和折磨，更被天父遺棄，使你陷入無邊的苦海中，大聲喊說：「我的天主、我的天主，你為什麼捨棄了我？」藉著你所受的劇烈苦痛，懇求你，在我面對死亡和經歷到驚慌和痛苦時，不要遺棄我。 阿們。 O Jesus! Royal virtue and mental delight, recall the anguish and pain which Thou didst endure, when, from the bitterness of agonizing death and the insults of the outrageous Jews, Thou didst exclaim in a loud voice as if Thou wast forsaken by the Father saying: “My God, My God, why hast Thou forsaken Me?”
Through this anguish, I beg of Thee, O my Saviour, not to abandon me during the anguish and pains of my death. Amen.

主耶穌！你是原始和終末、生命和美善的主宰；我們紀念你；你為了愛我們，陷入了痛苦的深淵中。因著你所受的沈重創傷，教會了我，只要憑著真誠的愛，我就能輕易地遵行你的誡命。阿們。 O Jesus! Thou Who art the beginning and the end of all things, life and virtue, remember that for our sakes Thou wast plunged into an abyss of suffering from the Soles of Thy Feet to the Crown of Thy Head. In consideration of the enormity of Thy Wounds, teach me to keep, through pure Love, Thy Commandments which are the pathways for those who truly love Thee. Amen.

主耶穌！慈愛的泉源；我們紀念你；你所受的痛苦，直透骨髓，到達你心靈的深處。
懇求你，把我這個被罪惡淹沒的罪人，拯救出來；讓我躲在你的聖傷內，逃過你對我的公義，直到你的憤怒全消時。阿們。		 O Jesus! Deep abyss of mercy, I beg of Thee, in memory of Thy Wounds which penetrated to the very marrow of Thy Bones and to the depth of Thy Being, to draw me, a miserable sinner, overwhelmed by my offenses, away from sin and to hide me from Thy Face, justly irritated against me, hide me in Thy Wounds, until Thy anger and indignation shall have passed away. Amen.

主耶穌！真理的明鏡，愛德和合一的象徵；
我們紀念你；你的傷口裂開，全身上下，沾滿了流出來的寶血。你為了愛我們，甘心忍受身體上一切的傷痛。
可愛的主耶穌，為了我們的益處，所有可以為人類做的，你在世上都全部做完了。藉著你的聖死，我們得享你苦難的成果。懇求你，不斷更新我的靈魂。使你的愛，在我心內，與日俱增，直到你我共聚於永生中。
可愛的主耶穌，你是一切美善和喜樂的根源。懇求你，賞賜我日後在天國中，能夠享見你光輝的聖容。阿們。		 O Jesus! Thou Who art the Truth, Symbol of Unity, Link of Charity, remember the multitude of wounds with which Thou wast afflicted from head to foot, torn and reddened by the spilling of Thy Adorable Blood. O Great and Universal Pain, which Thou didst suffer in Thy Virginal Flesh for love of us! Sweetest Jesus! What is there that Thou couldst have done for us which Thou hast not done!
May the Fruit of Thy Suffering be renewed in my soul by the faithful remembrance of Thy Passion, and may Thy Love increase in my heart each day, until I see Thee in Eternity; Thou Who art the treasure of every real good and every joy, which I beg Thee to grant me, O Sweetest Jesus, in Heaven. Amen.
祈禱文十三（天主經，聖母經各一遍） 13th Prayer (One “Our father”, One “Hail Mary”)
主耶穌！宇宙萬有的元首，掌管天上、地下所有權柄的君王；
我們紀念你；你強忍著痛苦，直到你精神和肉體上的元氣完全耗盡時， 低下頭說：「完成了。」
主耶穌，因著你所受的劇烈痛苦和憂傷，懇求你，在我臨終前，心志煩亂、靈魂憂傷時，憐憫我。 阿們。		 O Jesus! Strong Lion, Immortal and Invincible King, remember the pain which Thou didst endure when all Thy strength, moral and physical, was entirely exhausted, Thou didst bow Thy head saying: “All is Consummated!”
Through this anguish and grief, I beg of Thee, O Lord, to have mercy on me at the hour of my death, when my mind will be greatly troubled and my soul will be in anguish. Amen.

主耶穌！唯一的聖子，天父完美的肖像；
我們紀念你；你簡單而謙虛地、把自己的靈魂交付給天父時說：「父啊！我把我的靈魂交托在你手中。」你為了救贖我們，聖體和聖心都被撕裂破碎。
聖人們的君王啊！藉著你的聖死懇求你，安慰我、幫助我抵禦魔鬼、世俗和自我。使我在經歷流亡生涯後，能回歸到你身邊。阿們。		 O Jesus! Only-begotten Son of the Father, Splendor and Figure of His Substance, remember the simple and humble recommendation Thou didst make of Thy Soul to the Eternal Father, saying: “Father, into Thy Hands I commend My Spirit;” and when Thy Body, all torn, and Thy Heart, broken, and the Bowels of Thy Mercy open to redeem us, Thou didst expire.
Through this Precious Death, I beg Thee, O King of Saints, to comfort me and give me help to resist the devil, the flesh, and the world so that, being dead to the world, I may live for Thee alone. I beg of Thee at the hour of my death to receive me, a pilgrim and an exile, returning to Thee. Amen.

主耶穌！結真實果子的葡萄樹；
我們紀念你；像葡萄被壓榨後，流出葡萄汁一樣，你也從聖傷中，傾出了大量的寶血；一個士兵，用槍刺透了你的肋旁，流出了你的血和水，直到你的身體乾枯為止。你像一束沒藥，被懸掛在十字架上；你的肉身被摧殘的不成人形，剩下的只是一個枯萎的軀殼和一堆乾枯的骨頭。
懇求你，在我臨終前、身心都受到極大痛苦時，收回我的靈魂。阿們。		 < O Jesus! True and Fruitful Vine! Remember the abundant outpouring of blood which Thou didst so generously shed, pressed down and running over as the grape crushed in the wine press. From Thy Side, pierced with the lance by a soldier, Blood and Water issued forth until there was not left in Thy Body a single drop, and finally, like a Bundle of Myrrh lifted to the very top of the Cross, Thy Delicate Flesh was destroyed, the Very Substance of Thy Body withered, and the Marrow of Thy Bones dried up. Through this bitter Passion and through the outpouring of Thy Precious Blood, I beg of Thee, O Sweet Jesus, to pierce my heart, so that my tears of penitence and love may be my bread night and day.
